Eligibility: US citizens or nationals enrolled as a full-time student in a primary health care program (physician, dental, nurse practitioner, nurse-midwife, and physician assistant programs) are eligible for this healthcare scholarship program.

These communities are primarily in Health Professional Shortage Areas (HPSAs), which include Federally Qualified Health Centres (FQHCs), Rural Health Clinics, federal Indian Health Service (IHS), public health departments, and Critical Access Hospitals (CAHs).
