Eligibility: You must be a US high school senior on track to graduate or a college student to apply for this essay scholarship. You also need a 3.0 or higher GPA.

Highlight: Are you a big dreamer? Do you like to work hard to achieve your goals? Tenge Law Firm is offering $2000 to one student in the United States. High school seniors and college students, this is an essay scholarship for you! This law firm is encouraging you to write an essay (500-1000 words) explaining a time when you pushed yourself because you wanted something. Think big about experiences and goals that you had to fight for as J. Todd Tenge (founder of the firm) did. He wanted to open his own law firm, and he did it. Even more importantly, along the way, he showed himself things that he never thought he could do! Whether you achieve particular outcomes or not, through pushing yourself you learn about not giving up and about what you’re capable of – all really valuable stuff! You’ll have to keep in mind that there are a few little requirements, though, for applying to this essay scholarship – like maintaining a 3.0 or higher GPA… BUT DACA recipients are eligible and are encouraged to apply!
